门窗气密性重要性气密性是指门窗单位开启缝长度或单位面积上的空气渗透量,其考核的是门窗在关闭状态下,阻止空气渗透的能力。
门窗气密性能的高低,对热量的损失影响较大,气密性能越好,则热交换就越少,对室温的影响也越小,冬季采暖或夏季通过空调降温,其中有四分之一的能量是通过门窗的缝隙损耗的,因此提高门窗气密性能必须要减小门窗框与扇和扇与扇之间的缝隙,选购时可以仔细检查。
水密性是指在正常关闭的情况下,门窗在暴风雨天气下防止雨水渗透的能力。
若门窗的水密性能不佳,在遇到刮风下雨的天气时,雨水会借助风力通过窗向室内渗漏,所以提高门窗水密性能必须要在窗扇外侧、中央与内侧安装密封条,形成三道密封,外侧密封阻隔雨水,内侧密封阻隔室外气体,中央密封形成空腔,从而有效阻隔雨水通过室外风压的作用进入室内。
